TT –ThinkTur designs and presents solutions and proposals for Hospitality & Tourism asset transactions, according to the needs and interests of owners and/or potential investors, involved in their sale/acquisition.
TT-ThinkTur is at ease in obtaining information and assuring in-depth data of the current operational conditions and intrinsic value of Portuguese tourism assets. DESTINATION MASTER PLANNING & RESORT DEVELOPMENT
TT-ThinkTur and its collaborators have an accumulated experience in leading and participating multidisciplinary teams involved in elaborating or revising Land-Use Master Plans, Municipal Development Plans or Regional or Local Tourism Development Plans.
TT-ThinkTur provides specialised consultancy services for public entities and private companies within the elaboration and assessment of studies and projects, in order to comply with the expected procedures of presentation, negotiation and approval of Hospitality & Tourism resort projects.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION, NATURE CONSERVATION PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
TT-ThinkTur has an in-depth knowledge and specialised skills in the areas of Environmental Protection, Nature and Biodiversity Conservation, related with tourism development. Such skills and knowledge were acquired during the development of the most detailed study provided in Portugal for ICNB – Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Institute, on RNAP- Portugal Network of Environmental Protected Areas- Tourism Visitation and Communication Programme.
